2. Account Registration & Security
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTP).
- You agree not to use our services for unlawful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent activities.
3. Smart Services Usage Rules
- Vehicle QR: Intended solely for parking emergency contact, notification of vehicle obstruction, or roadside assistance. Misrepresenting vehicle ownership or using it to harass others is strictly prohibited.
- Doorbell QR: Must be installed on property you legally own or reside in.
- Lost & Found QR: Intended to facilitate the safe return of misplaced belongings.
- Business Directory: Commercial content must comply with national advertising standards and fair business practices.
4. Physical Sticker Orders & Deliveries
When ordering physical stickers:
- Delivery timescales are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary according to regional logistics.
- If a physical sticker arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Jogajog QR provides communication tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for communication delays caused by third-party mobile network disruptions or internet connectivity failures.
